Samantha is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor passionate about helping clients build strength, control, and confidence through intentional movement. After years working in the fitness world, she found her passion in Pilates for its ability to create both physical strength and a deeper connection to the body.
Her classes focus on precision, alignment, and mindful progression, creating a practice that is both refined and challenging.
Outside of the studio, Samantha enjoys strength training, long nightly walks with her husband, and creating wellness and lifestyle content. Her goal is to help every client feel stronger, more connected, and confident in their own body.
