Kayleigh Odent brings a fresh yet deeply informed perspective to the DI Pilates team. With a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health and a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Tampa, she pairs academic rigor with genuine passion. During the quieter days of the pandemic, Kayleigh discovered online mat Pilates and immediately felt its transformative power; that spark soon led her from virtual workouts to the Reformer, where her commitment blossomed into a lifelong pursuit.
Determined to share the renewed strength and energy she had found, Kayleigh earned her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body, one of the most respected programs in the field. Her classes are thoughtfully paced and intentionally designed to help you cultivate balance, core stability, and a heightened mind-body connection. Clients appreciate her grounded, encouraging style, as well as her ability to translate complex movement principles into clear, attainable steps.
