About Jessah Rolstone
Jessah Rolstone has always been active playing softball and doing Tae Kwon Do throughout life but fell in love with Pilates ten years ago after being introduced to it while recovering from multiple hip surgeries. She took the leap leaving her 9–5 to pursue Pilates full-time and hasn’t looked back.
She is currently working towards her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body. Her classes are a fun mix of classical Pilates and athletic movements to challenge clients to leave one percent better every class mentally and physically.
