Erica Rubero

Erica is a Tampa, Florida native who began her ballet training at age three. She completed most of her training at the Patel Conservatory and as a trainee with Next Generation Ballet, with additional training at Orlando Ballet School, Miami City Ballet, Joffrey Ballet (NYC), and Alvin Ailey. Erica has performed in numerous ballets and theaters throughout her career. For the past seven years, she has taught ballet and various dance styles to dancers ages 3–18 and is proudly Dynamic Barre Certified. Erica is passionate about blending classical ballet technique with strength, alignment, and dynamic movement to create classes that are empowering, challenging, and fun. Outside the studio, she enjoys working out, beach days, reading, and golfing with her husband. She is excited to guide adults through barre and ballet in a supportive environment that encourages confidence, grace, and a reconnection to their inner ballerina.
