About Aizha Bell
Aizha Bell’s Pilates journey began as a fun hobby and quickly grew into a passion for movement and
wellness, evolving into a deeper calling to help others feel strong and confident in their bodies.
As an Air Force veteran and Registered Nurse, Aizha brings a unique understanding of
anatomy, discipline, and care to her practice, creating a safe and empowering space for all
levels.
She began instructor training through BODYBAR Pilates and is continuing toward
comprehensive certification with Balanced Body. As a Black Pilates Princess, Aizha values
representation in wellness spaces and is committed to fostering inclusivity, accessibility, and
encouragement within the Pilates community. Aizha Bell's goal is to guide each client toward strength,
grace, and balance, helping them feel their best far beyond the studio.
