Specialty Pilates Classes
Historic Mat Pilates
Step onto the mat and into the roots of the Pilates method with our Traditional Mat Class, taught exactly as Joseph Pilates—the visionary behind the method—originally intended. This class follows the historic sequence of classical Pilates exercises, staying true to the original six principles: concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breath. Every movement is purposeful, every transition intentional—creating a full-body experience that is as mentally engaging as it is physically transformative.
You’ll build strength from the inside out, develop core stability, improve posture, increase flexibility, and reconnect with the breath in a deeply meaningful way. Perfect for both longtime Pilates lovers and curious newcomers, this class is ideal for anyone seeking a deeper, more authentic practice that honors the true foundations of the Pilates method. No props, no gimmicks. Just you, your mat, and the method. Come experience what Pilates was always meant to be.
